Social Media Mangement
I assist in the process of creating, publishing, promoting, and managing content across social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Social media management goes beyond just posting updates to your company’s social media profiles.
I assist in converting speech in an audio/video file into written text, and also proofreading.
Here are a few common duties I do:
- Ensure website functionality and perform software updates
- Monitor, assess, and report on website performance
- Ensure domain registration and hosting are current
- Update content
- Handle online marketing projects through social media marketing
This is a process that involves dividing transcript text into chucks, known as “caption frames,” and time-coding each frame to synchronize with the audio of a video.
The output of captioning are captions which are typically located at the bottom of a video screen.

I assist in the process of looking after customers to best ensure their satisfaction and delightful interaction with a business and its brand, goods and services.
I assist with sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email. This involves using email to send advertisements, request business, or solicit sales or donations.
